Thank you for your interest in our catering service. All the delicious,
tantalizing meals on our menu are prepared by Chef Mark Vojtek, who
graduated from Johnson & Wales Culinary School in 1978 and has
over 20 years experience as en executive Chef specializing in Nouveau
Cuisine. We offer a wide variety of choices for your event; however
this list is certainly not all inclusive. If you don’t see
something you enjoy or would like to have more of a selection please
ask. Just about anything is available. Many of the sauces on the
hot dishes are interchangeable. If you have certain preferences with
regard to spices, etc., please talk to the chef. Remember, whatever
your needs, we have a solution!
All meals except box lunches come with disposable plates, napkins,
cutlery, serving utensils, soup bowls and cups when applicable. Tasting
is available upon request. Many of the items on this menu are also
on the menu at the restaurant, so feel free to stop by and order
one of our many wonderful breakfast and lunch selections. We also
make our restaurant available for private evening functions.
There are several options available for delivery. Pick up is always
free; otherwise we charge a $25 delivery fee. Rental of chafing dishes
is $10 per chafing dish. There is a set up fee of $25 and a breakdown
fee of $25 for orders that we deliver with chafing dishes. Sales
tax applies to all orders.
There is a 10 person minimum on orders and we normally require 24-48
hours notice for a catered event. During the holidays, please book
your order early as dates fill up very quickly. Some orders require
a deposit, which is refundable if received 48 hours before the event.
Unfortunately we do not offer substitutions for meals that come with
sides.
